What You Will DoTo serve and support maintenance personnel and operations in Supply Chain facilities. To drive Lowe's culture of continuity, efficiency, and store service by ensuring up time, facility and equipment condition, methods, and training are top of mind for maintenance leaders. To provide short and long range network level strategies that ensure a safe and productive distribution environment by tracking, repairing, and replacing assets as well as avoiding obsolescence.
Responsibility Statements• Evaluate and inspect distribution facilities and equipment for overall condition, potential issues, and safety. Formulate short and long range plans to remedy any issues.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the area of asset management including maintenance, planning, budgeting, replacement, and disposal.
• Oversee training of facility Maintenance Managers and Mechanics
• Represent a location, region, and or network in planning and strategy discussions as well as lead the resulting rollouts and implementations.
• Participate in and lead cross functional discussions and projects with Engineering, ESS, Construction, Facilities Maintenance, Safety, and others.
• Lead and participate in the short and long range planning and execution of capital purchases, repairs, and disposals.
What you Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, or related Technical Trade
and
• 6 years' experience in skilled trades, facilities maintenance, mechanized MHE operation and maintenance, and/or rolling stock maintenance.
or
• High School Diploma
and
• 10 years' experience in skilled trades, facilities maintenance, mechanized MHE operation and maintenance, and/or rolling stock maintenance.
Pay Range: $116,300.00 - $194,200.00 annually
