Regional Manager
***This position requires an active secret clearance. ***
A Regional Manager oversees the operations and performance of multiple branches or locations within a specified region. They provide leadership, support, and guidance to the teams under their supervision, ensuring consistent implementation of strategies, achieving targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. They also foster relationships with key stakeholders and make decisions to drive regional growth and success.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Regional Manager: $105-110k
Pay commensurate with experience.

Regional Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Serves as primary point of contact with the Government COR and/or ACOR.
- Exercises full decision-making authority for contractor regional and site CSP activities.
- Manages as a PM in their respective regions in the absence of the PM. Assists the Program Manager, as required, in all the duties assigned to the Program Manager.
- Makes decisions as "acting PM” in the PM’s absence.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Regional Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor’s degree from US accredited college or university
- 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management (WM). Management or supply chain management, at least 5 years of demonstrated leadership
- At least 2 years of program management experience.
- Requires 5 years of demonstrated leadership, 2 years of IT experience related to Logistics, SCM, or WM, and 2 years of Program Management experience; or 3 years of Deputy Program Management/Project Management experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- Possess written and oral communications skills, to include public speaking.
- Possess excellent supervision/management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Possess a strong track record of delivering strong customer service.
- Highly developed leadership skills that enable one to make sound decisions, mediate and resolve conflicts between multiple decision-making groups, and handle diverse and complex problems.
- High-level analytical skills necessary to plan, organize, formulate innovative solutions and compile, analyze and evaluate data and prepare accurate reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to promote and maintain cooperative and courteous relationships between individuals with disparate interests.
