We are searching for qualified candidates with experience managing multi-site properties, new construction and who can manage/direct/motivate a large team of employees. Candidates must be able to ensure the property owners' objectives are achieved by ensuring that the properties are well maintained and leased up. Responsibilities include assessing market conditions and developing strategies consistent with the owners' needs and achieving optimum performance levels. You will also develop and implement budgets that are in accordance with the owner's financial goals.
Requirements Key Competencies:
• Preferred 5 - 8 years industry experience in a management role
• Minimum 3 - 5 years new construction and lease up background in both conventional and or affordable housing.
• Preferred College degree or equivalent years of work experience
• CPM certification preferred

• Exceptional strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Financial background that includes budget and performance preparation, managing and controlling expenses, approval of purchase orders and vendors, and experience in reviewing income and expense reports
• Strong lease up experience
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong presentation skills
