Senior Structures Project Manager/Team Lead to work out of our Pittsburgh or Harrisburg office.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Serve as Project Manager for highway structures projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, etc.)
- Manage and serve as mentor to Structures Design Department staff
- Prepare workload and budget projections
- Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society events
- Review Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategies
- Prepare Statements of Interest, Technical Proposals, and Price Proposals
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance Reviews.
Job Requirements- 15+ years of experience
- Pennsylvania PE License required
- Previous experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike projects
- Experience working on municipal, county, and city projects is a bonus
- Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
- Willing to attend marketing events
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License.
