As
Regional Kitchen Manager (Director of Kitchen Operations), you'll lead kitchen excellence across an entire region made up of multiple markets, kitchen locations, and the multi-unit leaders who run them. You'll drive results through your Area Leaders - setting the standard for food quality, safety, and operational efficiency at scale, while building the leadership bench that will carry the brand's growth forward. You'll balance big-picture regional strategy with the discipline to hold your leaders accountable to goop Kitchen's uncompromising standards.
You'll be Responsible For:- Regional Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across your entire region by leading, coaching, and holding your Area Leaders accountable ensuring consistency, efficiency, and top-tier execution at every location.
- Food Quality & Safety: Set and enforce rigorous regional standards for ingredient sourcing, food safety, and overall quality-because nothing less than the best makes the cut, at every location, every time.
- Team & Multi-Unit Leader Development: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing culinary and operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning; develop a bench of strong leaders including succession planning, performance management, and career pathing for future regional leaders.
- Efficiency & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize kitchen workflows, and implement cutting-edge systems to enhance productivity.
- P+L & Cost Management: Own budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control performance across your region, maximizing efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every meal served across your region meets goop Kitchen's uncompromising standards, delivering food that's fresh, clean, and bursting with flavor.
- Growth & Expansion: Play a key role in our expansion strategy, helping us scale while maintaining the integrity of our menus, service, and operations.
- Standardization Across Markets: Drive consistent SOPs, training, and operational systems across all markets in your region, ensuring every location and leader operates from the same playbook.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Operations and peer regional leaders to align on company-wide initiatives, share best practices, and support enterprise-level decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience leading restaurant or service operations in multi-unit, high-performance environments
- Proven track record in building and developing strong teams and scaling operations
- Deep understanding of operational systems, compliance, and process excellence
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance
- Experience with delivery-first or digital food concepts is a plus
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including labor planning and budget oversight
- Passion for clean, high-quality food and modern hospitality
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skills

Salary Description $115,000 - $125,000
