About the Role:

Join CBRE in a high-impact leadership role supporting a premier global financial services organization as it expands its Dallas footprint. This position will play a key role in managing a newly constructed, Class A office campus totaling approximately 250,000 square feet. You will help oversee the transition from an existing nearby location into a state-of-the-art facility, supporting phased occupancy, operational readiness, and ongoing facilities management. In addition, you'll provide support across a regional portfolio while contributing to long-term growth opportunities within the account

What You'll Do:

  • Lead facilities operations for a newly developed Class A office environment, ensuring a seamless transition into the new campus.
  • Support move planning, occupancy readiness, and phased population of multiple floors as construction milestones are completed.
  • Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, vendor performance, and service delivery across assigned facilities.
  • Manage incident escalations and provide clear, professional communication to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies, maintenance initiatives, and capital improvement projects.
  • Build strong client relationships while resolving complex facilities and operational challenges.
  • Support regional facilities activities across a portfolio of locations throughout the western U.S. as business needs require.
  • Drive compliance, safety, and operational excellence while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

What You'll Need:
