Experience commissioning & decommissioning facilities is highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Dose of Awesome):
  • Client Relationship Maestro: You'll be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our clients, building deep, trust-based relationships. You'll proactively understand their evolving needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.   • Portfolio Powerhouse & Strategic Thinker: You'll manage a 1-2 million square foot portfolio, developing and executing strategies that maximize its value and align with the client's long-term objectives. You'll translate client goals into actionable facilities plans.
  • Workplace Experience Architect: You'll be at the forefront of creating an inspiring and engaging workplace that fuels creativity, collaboration, and productivity. You'll design and oversee the delivery of on-site services, amenities, and programs that enhance employee well-being and foster a positive organizational culture. You'll be the ultimate curator of a vibrant work environment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Dynamo: You'll leverage data analytics and reporting to gain deep insights into facility performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the workplace experience. You'll use KPIs to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
  • Visionary Leader & Team Navigator: You'll build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of facilities professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. You'll also act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, fostering collaboration across various internal and client teams.
  • Operations Optimizer: You'll oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, janitorial, and utilities, ensuring seamless service delivery at scale. You'll implement proactive programs and manage vendor relationships through measurable service-level agreements to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engineering and Sustainability Advocate: You'll lead/coordinate the operation and maintenance of advanced building systems and champion sustainability initiatives that align with our client's goals.
  • Innovation and Technology Driver: You'll leverage technology to enhance facility operations and workplace experience, exploring and implementing innovative solutions and potentially partnering with internal product teams to pilot new technologies.
  • Safety and Compliance Guardian: You'll ensure all operations and projects meet safety, health, and regulatory compliance standards, implementing robust emergency response and business continuity plans.
  • Finance & Performance Management Maestro: You'll own the budget, ensuring all baseline Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met, understanding variances, forecasting, and developing savings initiatives. You'll strive to exceed incentive KPI goals by delivering exceptional value to the client.


You're Our Ideal Candidate If You:
  • Bring 7+ years of experience in real estate management, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and workplace experience.
  • Possess excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Have proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Are adept at using data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of facilities initiatives.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Have facilities service provider experience (preferred).
  • Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and thriving under pressure.
  • Facilities Management Certifications (IFMA CFM, FMP) are a plus.
  • Are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
