Build and maintain trusted, collaborative partnerships with the Regional Operations Director, Plant Managers, Functional Leaders, and key Capability teams. Become the preferred resource for EHS risk management, compliance, and organizational capability development.
Provide strategic EHS leadership across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with company values, risk philosophy, operational priorities, and EHS cultural expectations.
Drive consistent implementation of corporate EHS standards, management systems, and critical risk controls across all assigned facilities.
Partner with regional and site leadership teams to integrate EHS excellence into operational performance, business planning, capital projects, and continuous improvement activities.
Coach, mentor, and develop Plant Managers, EHS Managers, and operational leaders to build sustainable EHS leadership capability throughout the organization.
Support Plant Managers and EHS Managers in developing frontline leaders' EHS knowledge, accountability, and ownership.
