Now Hiring: Regional District Manger
Newbury Living | Full-Time | Exempt

Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years property management experience and prior regional or multi-site experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area.

Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this high-impact role, you'll:
  • Lead and inspire property teams across multiple communities in the Denver region
  • Drive strong financial performance and high occupancy
  • Will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership.
  • Build relationships with owners, vendors, and government partners
  • Ensure properties are running smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance

We're looking for someone who is:
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Experienced in affordable housing compliance and property management
  • Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
  • Energized by solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting teams
  • Passionate about making a difference in communities
  • Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
