Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years property management experience and prior regional or multi-site experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area.
Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this high-impact role, you'll:
- Lead and inspire property teams across multiple communities in the Denver region
- Drive strong financial performance and high occupancy
- Will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership.
- Build relationships with owners, vendors, and government partners
- Ensure properties are running smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance
We're looking for someone who is:
- A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence.
- Experienced in affordable housing compliance and property management
- Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
- Energized by solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting teams
- Passionate about making a difference in communities
- Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
