Summary: UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE VP, SYSTEM QUALITY AND SAFETY THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION AND OVERSIGHT OF THE QUALITY AND SAFETY PROGRAM WITH THE GOAL OF ADVANCING CLINICAL QUALITY AND SAFETY TO ACHIEVE EXCEPTIONAL OUTCOMES. THIS INCLUDES REGUALATORY OVERSITE AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT. THEY OVERSEE QUALITY AND SAFETY SPECIALISTS WITHIN THEIR REGION TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITHIN ALL AREAS OF THEIR OVERSIGHT. TOGETHER WITH THE VP, SYSTEM QUALITY AND SAFETY, SR. LEADERS AND STAFF, THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR ESTABLISHES THE STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND GOALS FOR THE QUALITY AND SAFETY PROGRAM. Other information: QUALIFICATIONS: -BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN A HEALTH-RELATED FIELD, SUCH AS NURSING, HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION, PUBLIC HEALTH OR OTHER RELATED DISCIPLINE. -THREE YEARS OF HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -CPHQ CERTIFICATION.
