Position: Regional Director

Location: Vancouver, BC

As the Regional Director, you will play an essential role in guiding, mentoring, and managing our clinics. Your focus will be on raising clinical standards, improving patient services, and ensuring financial goals are met. You will work closely with Clinic Managers, providing coaching and leadership to ensure clinics are well-staffed, delivering high-quality dentistry and excellent patient care while driving optimal performance.

A major aspect of this role is promoting effective communication among team members, patients, the support office, and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations across the board.

What you'll do:
  • Lead clinic teams to provide exceptional patient care and service while maximizing efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Managers to implement best practices in treatment acceptance, hygiene scheduling, and clinic optimization for improved performance.
  • Mentor and provide development opportunities for Clinic Managers to enhance their leadership and management capabilities.
  • Drive financial success for each clinic by working alongside Clinic Managers to manage profitability and support growth.
  • Ensure clinics consistently utilize tools and reports for informed decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Assist in developing annual strategic plans and budgets for clinics in collaboration with Clinic Managers.
  • Assess staffing needs to ensure clinics have the right team members for growth and productivity.
  • Partner with Clinic Managers to ensure effective scheduling and coverage across all clinics.
  • Promote open and positive communication among clinic teams, peers, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with practice protocols, policies, and regulations to maintain a safe environment for both patients and team members.
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization within clinics to uphold the highest standards.
  • Encourage regular internal meetings to support communication and teamwork.
  • Organize regional meetings and maintain consistent quarterly communications.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
