What we need from you:- LVN required. Applicants without nursing licensure will be considered with a minimum of 4 year regulatory experience in the senior living industry
- The Regional Director of Resident Services reports to the Divisional Director of Clinical Services but maintains accountability to each of the Executive Directors and the Regional VPs of Operations
- Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
- Strong customer service track record with measurable results
- Proven motivational abilities
- Responsibility for developing the strategy and vision for services; communicating and presenting that strategy up and down the chain of command.
- Ability to travel outside of home office area 3-4 nights per week on average
- Highly ethical and responsible clinical philosophy
- Successful experience with developing and executing presentations to C level executives
- Senior housing or healthcare experience preferred
- Able to travel 80-90%
