We are looking for a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple branch locations, drive operational excellence, and build a culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

As the Regional Director of Operations, you'll provide strategic leadership for multiple branch locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations while driving financial performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop branch leadership teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and service expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage regional operating budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure facilities, fleet, inventory, and equipment are maintained to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Develop talent through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Lead the implementation of corporate initiatives and serve as a champion for organizational change.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
