REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (RDO)

Cincinnati, Ohio Region

Are you an experienced healthcare leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and quality outcomes? We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to oversee multiple healthcare communities throughout the Cincinnati market.

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, supporting facility leadership teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving outstanding clinical, financial, and customer satisfaction results.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and operational oversight to multiple healthcare facilities within the assigned region
• Support Executive Directors, Licensed Nursing Home Administrators, and leadership teams in achieving operational goals
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including census growth, quality measures, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and organizational performance
• Mentor and develop facility leaders while building a strong leadership pipeline
• Analyze operational and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide support during surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Post-Acute Care, Rehabilitation, or Senior Living operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience overseeing multiple facilities or healthcare communities
