We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing team in Pinehurst, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about resident care, team development, regulatory excellence, and driving clinical outcomes.
As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations, lead and mentor clinical staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and help create an environment where residents and employees thrive.
What You'll Do:
• Direct and oversee all nursing services within the facility
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote quality care and professional growth
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention efforts
• Maintain survey readiness and support successful regulatory outcomes

What We're Looking For:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage clinical operations, and drive results
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
