Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in a leadership role with proven achievement in financial and operational goals.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant operations experience in assisted living or similar environments preferred.
• Experience in multi-site management within the healthcare sector preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region, including potential overnight stays, is required.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.
• Coordinate resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment, and dining services departments effectively.
• Support Vice President of Operations and Residence Directors through training and strategic coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations to maintain high standards.
• Foster an elegant community atmosphere focused on quality service and care.
