Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site clinical leadership, particularly in senior living environments.
• Active RN license with multistate (compact) licensure required.
• Extensive travel ability across the designated region.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for travel purposes.
• Preferred residence in New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, or Montana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical operations across six communities in the newly acquired region.
• Support and enhance regulatory compliance throughout the clinical teams.
• Ensure quality outcomes and standards are met consistently across communities.
• Develop and implement clinical systems to promote best practices.
• Foster staff development and training initiatives within the clinical teams.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors to align clinical goals with organizational objectives.
