Lead the managers who help families and businesses rebuild after property damage. SERVPRO Team Hart is seeking a Regional Director of Construction to oversee our Restoration Construction Managers across five Texas locations. You will coach local leaders, strengthen project execution, and help every location deliver quality reconstruction work on schedule and on budget.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands construction and knows how to get results through other managers. Your focus will be consistent standards, accountable teams, satisfied customers, and profitable projects across the region.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and hold Restoration Construction Managers accountable across all five locations.
- Review project schedules, workloads, staffing, and material needs to keep reconstruction work moving.
- Monitor budgets, job costs, change orders, and projected margins; address problems before they become losses.
- Establish consistent expectations for project planning, documentation, quality control, and closeout.
- Help managers resolve complex field issues, subcontractor concerns, and customer escalations.
- Review scopes, estimates, plans, and project progress to support sound decisions and code-compliant work.
- Develop manager capability through practical coaching, regular performance reviews, and clear follow-through.
- Coordinate with ownership and local teams to improve regional performance while keeping customers informed and commitments on track.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of construction experience.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Strong construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, leadership, and customer communication skills.
