Regional DirectorMerakey seeks a mission-driven and experienced nonprofit Regional Director skilled in successfully executing strategic plans and empowering high performing staff to support the daily operations of community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH programs located in
Escondido, CA.
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000, based on experience and educationRegional Director Position DetailsWhile reporting to the Executive Director, our Regional Director will be responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of the IDD program operations.
- Supervise team members to ensure high levels of fidelity to the model and maintain the Merakey mission.
- Responsible for coordination and execution of service/operational delivery of activities to maintain full compliance with regulatory and organization requirements.
- Accountable for ensuing compliance with payors through contract interpretation and payor requirements.
- Leads all QI initiatives and outcome reporting.
- Understanding Title 17 and Title 22.
- Provides coverage for Program Administrator when off or position is vacant.
- Supports the daily operations of community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH programs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred; must have no less than 4 years' experience in the IDD or behavioral health field with, at a minimum:
- Two years of experience in a mental health setting, or
- Two years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Must have at least two years of program management experience, community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH experience
- RBT Certification required within 60 days of hire.
- Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Certification required.
- Valid CA Driver's license.
