Responsibilities

  • Lead governance and coaching for site OT coordinators and plant teams to ensure cybersecurity consistency.
  • Coordinate delivery of regional cybersecurity programs in collaboration with corporate cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Drive risk management and compliance initiatives related to OT and Industry 4.0 projects.
  • Assess new acquisitions' OT networks for alignment with Henkel's cybersecurity standards.
  • Support incident readiness and execution for secure-by-design projects in OT environments.
  • Ensure effective integration of newly acquired plants into the IT/OT network.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse functions including operations, engineering, and IT/cybersecurity.

What you'll do
  • The Regional OT Cyber Security Manager ensures a consistent OT cybersecurity posture across all sites in scope by leading governance, coaching site OT coordinators/plant teams, and coordinating delivery of regional programs with corporate cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, and Operations. The role drives risk management, compliance, incident readiness, and secure-by-design execution for OT and Industry 4.0 initiatives, including assessing new acquisitions' OT networks and supporting their alignment with Henkel OT cybersecurity standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in OT/ICS environments (manufacturing or process industry), with demonstrated responsibility for cybersecurity, reliability, or automation/controls at plant or program level.
  • 3+ years of experience leading multi-site programs/projects, including stakeholder management across operations, engineering, and IT/cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating newly acquired plants into the Henkel IT/OT network, including transition planning, cutover coordination, and alignment to corporate Cyber security standards.
  • Practical knowledge of industrial control systems (DCS, PLCs, SCADA), OT networks, and common OT architectures including segmentation/DMZ concepts.
  • Experience with OT security standards and risk frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001) and audit/compliance activities in an industrial context.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across sites in the region as required.

The salary rangefor this role is $170,000.00 and $180,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended tocomply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
