Full Job Description
Working in close partnership with the Head of Corporate Development and the Head of M&A Transactions, the Regional Corporate Development Manager will play a key role in advancing the Group's Mergers & Acquisitions opportunity pipeline while cultivating strategic, long-term commercial relationships across North America.
The successful candidate will lead the sourcing and development of M&A opportunities through proactive market engagement, senior-level relationships with investment banks and intermediaries, and representation of Rotork in early-stage discussions to build credibility and generate actionable market intelligence.
This role will also evaluate potential targets for strategic and financial alignment, oversee initial commercial due diligence, deliver high-impact insights and executive-ready materials, and work in close partnership with Corporate Development, M&A Transactions, and cross-functional leadership to ensure disciplined, coordinated deal evaluation and execution.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
• University Degree or equivalent
• Experience: 3-5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development in the energy/utilities/industrial technology sector.
• Proven track record of leading transactions and strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with in-depth understanding of industrial technology trends
• Experience working in a global environment and matrixed organisation
