The Regional Coordinator is responsible for administering the security contract and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This position will act as the AUS International liaison with client, law enforcement agencies, customers, and employees. This position is also responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes. This position is the primary point of contact for human relations functions involving company employees

The Regional Coordinator is responsible for contracted services within a geographical region. The position manages day to day responsibilities of security management on behalf of AUS/G4S and client management. These include, but are not limited to: Crisis Management / Analysis, Investigations, Staff Training, Report Development, Officer Deployment, Risk Assessment, and Business Proposals.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Corporate Campus Security Manager. The Corporate Campus Security Manager is a professional dedicated to the world headquarters and executive leadership floors of a high-profile customer corporate campus. The Security Manager will act as the primary client contact for the World Headquarters and will execute proactive resolutions to any operational issues at assigned client location, maintain ongoing client contact, accountable for day-to-day operations, and provides after-hour emergency response as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enhance the Physical Security and posture at the client's world headquarters
  • Identify and report security threats in high-risk areas, determining triggers, indicating deterioration in security environment, and suggesting appropriate risk mitigations actions to client enterprise security leadership
  • Engage, de-escalate, and report incidents of unwanted interactions while providing security support services
  • Provide emergency preparedness expertise; ensuring emergency response plans are in place for corporate campus locations; and coordinate the auditing and exercise of the plans
  • Communicate and liaise with law enforcement, first responder personnel, and security to ensure a comprehensive security framework
  • Provide and/or support security logistics for executive meetings and high-profile guests as required by Executive Protection Manager or Security Leadership
  • Provide direct decisions during alarms/fire/panic calls to immediately and promptly secure the safety and security of human life and physical property
  • Direct response to potential hostile actors and coordinate a swift and effective response to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Manage response during emergencies and provide security and medical operations, as needed
  • Conduct threat vulnerability assessments and documents and briefs Corporate Security leadership and/or stakeholders
  • Coordinate with law enforcement personnel and client in the event of on an incident and collect all items of evidentiary value.
  • Take a proactive role in communicating with the client security leadership in meeting their needs; meet with regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise and solutions
  • Interact and communicate by being professional, proactive, personable, and responsive with the client, vendors, employees, and others to ensure client satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Security License (guard certification) issued by the state of California
  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field
    • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field with a minimum of twelve (12) years of work experience in with federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies; seven (7) of those years in a leadership role
    • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience in with federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies; ten (10) of those years in a leadership role
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of law enforcement experience with federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies
  • Minimum of five (5) years of senior leadership experience in government, law enforcement, military
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work as an individual or member of a team
  • Excellent leadership, judgment, discretion, and diplomacy skills
  • Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and sometimes extended schedule during crisis periods, which may include weekends and holidays
  • Strong professional ethics and the ability to maintain trust
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):
  • Law Enforcement (Task Force, Tactical Unit), military Special Operations, and/or High Threat Security Operations experience
  • One or more of the following professional certifications:
    • Personal Security Detail (PSD)
    • Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
    • Executive Protection Security (EPS)
