Summary: This position is responsible for leading and overseeing maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. The Regional Chief Engineer provides leadership to maintenance teams, manages preventive maintenance programs, budgets, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance, while supporting operational excellence, asset protection, and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the region.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is REQUIRED. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership is desired, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate can manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and maintain high service and performance standards in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office, and able to use office equipment efficiently and accurately. The ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications is required. This role requires a flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
