Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or closely related field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in propulsion system engineering or calibration
• Familiarity with phased gated launch processes for product development
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and present to executive leadership
• Strong skills in cross-functional team management and excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly motivated and able to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Contribute to execution and compliance with Stellantis Propulsion System Development Process (PDSP) for assigned engine programs
• Approve all technical decisions, timing plans, change notifications, bulletins, engine build books, and service manuals
• Oversee the complete engine mechanical development and validation plan for all project phases
• Act as the primary contact for all engine-related issues on assigned projects
• Lead global cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and implementation of robust solutions
• Guide Design System Engineers, Release Engineers, and designers to meet program objectives across various parameters
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and conduct supplier risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to project commitments and drive successful outcomes
