Job Specific Summary
We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

The ENT Regional Capital Manager is a strategic sales leader responsible for promoting Medtronic ENT's capital and service portfolio within a defined region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this high-visibility role partners with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to drive strategy, share market insights, manage executive-level customer relationships, negotiate major deals, and achieve sales targets with minimal oversight.

This is a field-based position in the Central Region, which covers TX, IL, MN, MO, and LA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders-including surgeons, hospital administrators, and practice managers


  • Manages large, complex accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.


  • Conducts market research and leads market development strategies to drive competitive conversions and strategic growth across the region.


  • Promotes and sell Medtronic's ENT capital products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.


  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.


  • Supports the ENT clinical team in surgical environments


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years OR Associate degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.


  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong track record in ENT, Capital or Medical Device sales


  • Working knowledge of ENT products, therapies and/or customers


  • Priority will be given to local qualified candidates and individuals with Medtronic experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$100,000.00 - $100,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
