Job DescriptionRole Description:P&G Canada is looking to fill a current vacancy for a Regional Availability Expert to join us for a full-time role (non-management). The successful candidate will cover Edmonton and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must be currently located in or near Edmonton or be willing to self-relocate to the geographic area.The Regional Availability Expert (RAE) leads the execution of store and territory level availability strategy that achieves head quarter sales goals. This role compliments and builds on the core work of the shave sales team by bringing additional expertise and focus to implement systemic solutions at a territory and store level that improve in-stocks, open sales, and display compliance at Walmart stores to accelerate P&G Grooming and Oral Care revenue.
Responsibilities:- Understand the P&G Grooming and Oral Care businesses, objectives, category, marketplace and competitors.
- Develop effective working relationship with Regional Availability Manager, identifying issues/opportunities and executing solutions that will improve POS, in-stock, open sales and display compliance at target stores.
- Take ownership and responsibility for all stores within the allocated territory and prioritize stores based on greatest opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Department, Store, and Zone management, gaining alignment to new display and checkout distribution and improving in-stock fundamentals.
- Leverage in-store acceleration tool kit with key decision makers at store and engage/train all appropriate store, market & regional contacts, to ensure plans are well executed.
- Capture and pass on feedback gained from discussions with store and regional managers.
- Post in-store execution daily/weekly via Microsoft Teams/Engage for RAE team reapplication.
- Efficiently and economically plan all specified store visits to achieve the required outcomes.
- Attendance at annual team meeting.
Key Performance Metrics: POS Sales, in-stock %, open-sale %, display implementation %, checkout implementation %.

Job QualificationsQualifications- High School Diploma (College Diploma or Higher Education is an asset)
- Located in or willing to Self-Relocate to the territory. Relocation support is not available for the role.
- 5+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Valid driver's license and a suitable vehicle for business travel; candidates must have the right to operate their vehicle legally. P&G has policies in place to support required business travel.
- Moderate working knowledge of tools and service needs; proficiency in using laptop and mobile technology (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various physical conditions
- Must be able to spend approximately 30% of the day traveling to accounts in urban, rural, and expressway conditions.
