The roleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Regional Asset Manager to oversee the management of data center IT infrastructure assets across an assigned region. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate asset tracking, lifecycle management, inventory control, and operational compliance for equipment supporting Nebius cloud infrastructure.
This role combines operational execution, financial analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure infrastructure assets are efficiently utilized, properly maintained, and managed throughout their lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:- Owning and maintaining the inventory database for all data center IT assets, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, GPUs, transceivers, power components, and other critical infrastructure hardware.
- Conducting regular physical and system-based asset audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets from procurement and deployment through maintenance, redeployment, and retirement.
- Coordinating and managing RMA processes for GPUs, motherboards, power supplies, networking components, and other data center hardware.
- Generating regular reports on asset utilization, inventory health, depreciation, lifecycle status, and operational metrics.
- Performing financial and utilization analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved asset efficiency.
- Developing recommendations for asset allocation, refresh cycles, and inventory planning based on operational requirements and business growth.
- Establishing, maintaining, and enforcing asset management policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, security standards, and industry regulations related to asset management.
- Partnering with procurement, logistics, finance, project managers, and technical teams to support infrastructure deployments and expansion initiatives.
- Communicating asset-related risks, shortages, lifecycle concerns, and optimization opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to asset tracking, reporting, inventory management, and lifecycle processes.
We expect you to have:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure assets within data center, cloud, or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data center hardware, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and associated components.
- Experience working with asset management platforms, inventory systems, and lifecycle management processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data visualization.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to IT assets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Readiness to travel as required for business needs.
Nice to have:- IAITAM CHAMP certification or equivalent asset management certifications.
- Experience supporting GPU-based infrastructure or hyperscale data center environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement workflows.
- Experience supporting compliance audits and asset governance programs.
- Knowledge of depreciation models, inventory valuation, and financial asset reporting.
Pay TransparencyWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
Base Compensation Range
$147,200-$183,900 USD
