Your Impact The Regional Administrative Manager provides administrative and operational support to the regional field organization, partnering closely with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll, timekeeping, travel, and expense reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational discipline across the region by auditing submissions, supporting reporting needs, and coordinating travel and logistical arrangements for field personnel.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Support the Operations Manager with regional administrative and reporting functions.
- Manage and oversee timekeeping and timesheet submissions for regional employees.
- Audit payroll submissions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
- Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate payroll and expense corrections with employees and corporate support teams.
- Assist employees with payroll, expense, and timekeeping questions.
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for regional employees as needed.
- Support tracking and reporting of travel costs and expenses.
- Prepare and support regional administrative reports as requested.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews as required.
- Assist with other administrative and reporting duties to support regional operations.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or resource management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field, OR equivalent industry experience.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and expense reporting processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to audit and identify discrepancies in payroll and expense data.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with field and leadership teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/expense management systems.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.
Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential.
Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces) and wear full PPE. Good vision and hearing (normal or corrected) and accurate color identification are required. Some projects may lack food facilities, so bringing meals and snacks is necessary.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
