POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a strategic sales professional who thrives on building deep executive rapport, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, and unlocking high-value regional territories?

At FRONTSTEPS, we are looking for a metrics-driven Regional Account Executive to command and expand our presence in designated mid-market territories. This is a role designed for a consultative hunter-someone who can confidently balance the execution of cold outbound plays with the sophisticated management of strategic partner channels and high-potential existing client books.

You will own the sales lifecycle from initial prospecting through the transition to contract signing. While our dedicated Operations Team takes over the heavy lifting of technical onboarding and implementation, your deep customer rapport doesn't vanish at the dotted line. You will remain the trusted strategic advisor for your accounts, maintaining the executive relationships that ensure a premium customer experience and unlock long-term territory growth.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, balancing net-new logo acquisition with the strategic expansion of existing accounts in your region.
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from the initial pitch through the handover to implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with key banking partners and local industry networks within your territory to maximize warm referral loops and drive market awareness.
  • Run elite product demonstrations that challenge the status quo, diagnose operational inefficiencies, and quantify a clear business case for the FRONTSTEPS platform.
  • Drive deals smoothly through the funnel using a modern tech stack (Salesforce, Sales Engagement), maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1 - 6 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven track record of managing complex, high-touch sales cycles and hitting quota.
  • Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills. You can comfortably talk ROI, EBITDA, and operational scale with a CFO, while building genuine, long-term rapport with frontline managers.
  • Experience maintaining strategic visibility post-sale, ensuring the client feels supported as they transition to technical teams without getting bogged down in project management tasks.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC (or a similar structured enterprise sales framework) to accurately map buying committees, identify economic buyers, and shorten implementation timelines.
  • Willingness to travel into your designated territory 30% of the time (typically 2-3 days per month) to command local trade shows, lead client dinners, and conduct critical face-to-face closing meetings.
  • Previous experience within PropTech, HOA systems, Real Estate Tech, or Property Management verticals is a massive plus.


PAY RANGE & DESCRIPTION
This position will be based full-time out of our FRONTSTEPS' Denver, CO headquarters and pays $70,000 - $100,000 base (experience-based pay); OTE Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
