Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Ice Machine Technician with hands-on expertise servicing and repairing Follett ice machines and refrigeration equipment.

This is a full-time role supporting healthcare and commercial facilities throughout the Los Angeles area.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, safety-focused, customer-oriented, and holds all required certifications to independently perform refrigeration and ice machine repairs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Follett ice machines and related refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to manufacturer standards
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues
• Accurately document service work, findings, and parts used
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements
