We are seeking an A-player Refrigerated Freight Sales and Operations Lead to build, coach, and scale a high-performing Carrier Sales team focused on temperature-controlled freight. What You'll Take the Lead On:
  • Managing and coaching a team of 3-6 Carrier Sales Representatives

  • Holding the team accountable to KPIs, including on-time performance, tender acceptance, load coverage time, and margin targets
  • Owning high-level relationships with refrigerated carriers and negotiating pricing agreements
  • Partnering with Customer Sales and Operations on new business wins, difficult lanes, and service recovery
  • Creating SOPs and training processes for reefer execution, temperature checks, breakdown response, and high-risk load planning

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of freight brokerage experience
  • 2+ years of reefer or temperature-controlled freight experience (strongly preferred)
