Full Job Description
Your role

As a Recruitment Specialist, your mission is to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with business leaders to support current and future workforce needs. You will report to the Human Resource Manager.

You will
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding support, and requisition closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and community partnerships.
  • Promote Atlas Copco as an employer of choice through career fairs, campus recruiting, networking events, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and continuously improve recruiting processes to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, staffing, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  • Proven experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, or professional business roles and knowledge of employment law/OFCCP requirements.
