The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading full-cycle talent acquisition for an assigned portfolio of Omni Hotels & Resorts properties while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hotel leadership and HR teams. This role provides strategic recruiting guidance, develops strong partnerships with supported hotels, and ensures an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

In addition to managing recruitment efforts, the Recruitment Manager leads, coaches, and develops a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on service excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability. This position drives recruiting strategies, analyzes talent acquisition metrics, champions process improvements, and leverages Dayforce Recruiting to optimize recruiting operations across the organization.

This position reports to the Director, Recruiting.

This position is located at and works from our Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, creating a collaborative, high-performing, and service-focused team culture.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and support the professional growth of recruiting team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while recognizing and celebrating team successes.
  • Partner with the Director of Recruiting to implement recruiting initiatives, best practices, and process enhancements across the Shared Service Center.


Strategic Partnership

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with General Managers, Directors of Human Resources, and hotel leadership teams within an assigned region
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, workforce planning support, and recruiting strategy.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with supported properties to evaluate hiring trends, identify challenges, and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with hotel leaders to improve recruiting effectiveness, candidate quality, and time-to-fill metrics.


Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for management positions within an assigned region.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, industry partnerships, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and manage the interview process through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews with hotel leadership and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers while managing approvals, relocation packages, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Complete employment verifications, background checks, and other pre-hire activities in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, OFCCP requirements, and company hiring policies.


Systems & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Dayforce Recruiting, ensuring the system is utilized effectively and consistently across supported properties.
  • Monitor recruiting workflows, candidate communications, requisition management, and reporting within Dayforce.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, disposition candidates appropriately, and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve hiring outcomes, recruiter productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Administer and interpret Predictive Index assessments as part of the selection process.
  • Support OFCCP reporting and other compliance-related recruiting initiatives.
  • Assist with recruiting projects, system enhancements, training initiatives, and other Shared Service Center responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience supporting both hourly and management hiring, preferably in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or developing recruiting teams preferred.
  • Experience building strong business partnerships with operational leaders and HR professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and provide consultative talent acquisition guidance.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
  • Experience using Dayforce Recruiting or other enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems; Dayforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
