Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of National Recruiters responsible for placing travel therapy professionals nationwide.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, building high-performing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced staffing environment. We're looking for a leader who understands agency recruiting, embraces accountability, and knows how to turn potential into performance.

What You'll Lead

As Recruitment Manager, you will:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Recruiters with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and growth.
  • Build a high-performance recruiting culture by developing sales behaviors, recruiting strategies, and best practices.
  • Drive daily, monthly, and annual metrics aligned with revenue, recruitment, and placement goals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Partner with recruiters to strengthen sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and relationship-building techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align recruiting efforts with business objectives and client success.
  • Partner with Marketing, HR, and Compliance teams to support recruitment initiatives and operational excellence.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of staffing or recruitment experience, with healthcare staffing strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing successful recruiting or sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching, accountability, and development.
  • Strong understanding of staffing metrics, recruiting pipelines, and performance management.
  • Competitive and results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in our Maitland, Florida office.
