The Executive & Front Office Sourcer is a strategic talent acquisition professional responsible for building pipelines and sourcing senior talent across Front Office, Executive Director, Director, and Managing Director hiring. Partnering with the Head of Executive Recruitment, recruiters, business leaders, Robert Walters, and retained search firms, this role will drive market intelligence, talent mapping, candidate engagement, and delivery of diverse, high-quality candidate slates.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing strategy and talent mapping for executive and front-office hiring initiatives.
• Build proactive pipelines for Managing Director, Director, and business-critical positions.
• Conduct market research, competitor mapping, organizational analysis, and talent intelligence.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers from intake through finalist identification.
• Leverage Robert Walters sourcing capabilities, market insights, and research tools to enhance candidate quality and speed to slate.
• Support executive search strategy and stakeholder management for priority hiring initiatives.
• Deliver market insights on talent movement, competitor activity, and talent availability.
Success Measures
• Support MD and Director level searches annually to reduce agency spend
• Deliver qualified candidate slates within aligned timeframes for priority searches
• Maintain proactive pipelines across key front-office and executive talent segments
• Increase internally sourced executive candidates and reduce unnecessary external search spend
• Improve speed-to-slate, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction
Qualifications
• 7+ years of executive sourcing, executive search, or front-office recruiting experience within financial services.
• Experience sourcing Director, Executive Director, Managing Director, and other senior-level talent.
• Strong market mapping, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Markets, Transaction Banking, or related financial services sectors.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $123k - $140k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
