As a Global Recruiter supporting the Accenture Network of Businesses, you will drive end-to-end recruiting across a diverse and evolving ecosystem that includes ventures, acquisitions, and standalone businesses. This role requires the ability to operate across organizational boundaries, delivering talent solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management for global roles across the ecosystem
- Identify and engage talent pipelines using sourcing strategies across digital platforms, talent communities, and internal tools
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders across ventures, acquisitions, and ecosystem organizations to understand hiring needs
- Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools, automation platforms, and analytics to optimize efficiency and candidate experience
- Maintain compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and data accuracy within applicant tracking systems
- Deliver hiring insights and market intelligence to stakeholders to inform workforce planning decisions and hiring strategy.
- Act as a talent advisor to business leaders and stay current on the talent landscape shifts.
Job Requirements:- Working Hours: Flexibility to attend calls across global time zones is required.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience sourcing and hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles
- Experience using AI tools for targeted sourcing (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or HiredScore)
- Experience supporting recruiting across multiple business units, acquisitions, or global organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Disciplined pipeline management with a data-driven approach to forecasting and reporting undefined
- Strong understanding of US recruiting requirements, such as OFCCP compliance, etc.
