Move beyond reactive hiring by partnering with functional and geographic senior leaders to ensure proactive recruitment strategies that align directly with our business priorities.
Turn market insights and hiring data into a competitive advantage, utilizing analytics to drive smarter sourcing and innovative solutions for complex talent gaps across the US Operations & Quality network.
Ensure our global recruiting standards are upheld while having the autonomy to localize strategies that resonate within the US market.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job training / experience gained work experience (6+ years)
You bring 6+ years of Human Resources/ Recruiting experience
Previous senior stakeholder management, coaching experience, and demonstrated leadership capabilities
Preferred:
Transformational leadership; Demonstrated experience leading teams through strategic change
Proven ability to elevate team performance
Prior experience partnering with senior leadership and successfully recruiting executive level roles (vice presidents, senior directors, etc.)
Previous recruitment experience with strong business acumen and ideally at senior level
Experience developing broad and deep recruitment strategies
This will be a campus-based role.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is 135,800.00 - 252,200.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
