The Role We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and own the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. This role is critical to our ability to scale-ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews run seamlessly, and every interaction reflects the high bar we set for our team. This is an early-career role ideal for candidates looking to grow into recruiting, talent operations, or HR. This is a fully on-site role based at our Torrance, CA headquarters.
Key Responsibilities - Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
- Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
- Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving.
Basic Qualifications - Experience managing complex calendars and using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.
Preferred Skills and Experience - 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination.
- Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes.
