Full Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the recruiting process, coordinating candidate interviews across our San Jose and Devens locations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to keep hiring processes running smoothly and efficiently as we continue to scale. This role will also provide on-site support for candidate visits, interview days, and new hire onboarding activities.
You will work on-site in San Jose, CA and report to the Lead Recruiter.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews across multiple teams and locations
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Build and maintain scalable recruiting workflows, templates, and scheduling processes
- Manage interview logistics and calendar coordination for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Maintain job postings and support updates to job descriptions and the internal job library
- Ensure candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring stages are accurately maintained in Greenhouse
- Track recruiting metrics and support reporting to help improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with the People team to support onboarding activities and new hire logistics
- Provide onsite support for candidates, interview panels, and new hire onboarding activities
- Assist with recruiting operations projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS required
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines with a high level of professionalism
- Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones

Compensation and Benefits | P2
San Jose Zone
$85,000-$100,000 USD
Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
