Full Job Description

Spencer's is in a period of rapid growth and expansion. This position will lead talent acquisition for our HQ based corporate functions, as well as build high performing onsite spa teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop forward-thinking sourcing strategies and targeted attraction efforts, build robust talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience.

In addition, we want to celebrate, recognize, and reward our current team. You will have the opportunity to drive the talent flywheel; bringing in the highest caliber talent, creating programs that support and develop team members, and driving our retention strategy.

We are seeking a:

Strategist - you see talent as a business lever, not a recruiting function.

Driver - you move quickly and turn talent strategy into measurable outcomes.

Attractor - you love creating differentiated, proactive talent pipelines.

Commercially Minded - you truly understand the business and what our talent needs and why.

Influencer - you're not afraid to fight for your point of view and you back it up with data.

Builder - you think about the big picture, not just the individual hire.

Caregiver - you create an exceptional candidate, hiring-manager, and employee experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for onsite spa roles, as well as HQ, managing a large requisition load with speed, accuracy, and strategic prioritization. Heavy emphasis on Massage Therapist hiring.
  • Build and sustain a proactive, high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Perform ongoing market, competitor, and industry analysis. We want to know what works, what doesn't and what you recommend.
  • Source top talent through diversified strategies.
  • Partner with onsite leadership and the Operations team on headcount planning, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Drive seamless operations, including job postings, social media content, interview scheduling, and all administrative components of the talent lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate, data-driven tracking, producing dashboards, reports, and insights to evaluate recruitment performance and inform talent strategy.
  • Design and deploy creative, out-of-the-box attraction tactics that elevate employer branding and strengthen the company's visibility as a destination for top talent.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and employee experience.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement programs including recognition and development.
  • In partnership with onsite leadership and the operations team, design and execute ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Champion internal mobility and growth.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Spa experience, specifically experience working with and recruiting for Massage Therapists
  • Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must work well under pressure

Benefits:

  • Pay range for this position: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year - a final offer will be based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria
  • Medical benefits, 401K, and commuter benefits programs
  • Complimentary monthly 60-minute signature spa treatments
  • Employee discounts on spa products and services
  • Paid Time Off and Holidays
  • Professional development opportunities, including continuing education
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment that values personal and professional growth
