Role SummaryTopline Pro is hiring a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the org, spanning Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations. This isn't a role with clean job descriptions and obvious talent pools. You'll be hiring for roles that are still taking shape, where the profile evolves as the hiring manager clarifies what they actually need, alongside more clearly-scoped searches in Tech and Ops.
We're looking for a true generalist, someone who has recruited across Marketing, Product, and Design before, and has also touched GTM and technical searches. You know how to flex your approach depending on the function, and you're not boxed into one type of search.
This role reports into the Head of People and partners closely with hiring managers across the org.
What You'll DoOwn Full-Cycle Recruiting - Source, engage, and close candidates across the org, including Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations, managing the full process from intake to offer.
Build Pipelines for Ambiguous Roles - Partner with hiring managers to translate a rough, evolving need into a real candidate profile, then go find those people. Many of these roles won't have a clean precedent internally, you'll help define what "right" looks like as you go. Other searches will be more clearly scoped, you'll flex between both.
Drive Proactive Sourcing - Build sourcing strategies that go beyond inbound applicants. Reach passive candidates directly, especially for roles where the market is thin or the profile is unconventional.
Partner with Hiring Managers - Run regular intake and pipeline reviews, keep hiring managers accountable to the process, and push back when a search needs to be re-scoped.
Manage Candidate Experience - Keep candidates warm, informed, and moving through a fast-paced process. Represent Topline Pro well in every interaction.
Report on Pipeline Health - Track key metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, funnel conversion) and flag bottlenecks early.
What We're Looking ForMust-haves:- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1+ years as an internal recruiter at a high-growth company
- Strong, demonstrated sourcing skills. You should be comfortable building a pipeline from scratch, not just working inbound applicants
- Proven experience recruiting for creative and product roles, specifically Marketing, Product, and Design as well as experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering)
- Comfort moving between technical and non-technical searches in the same week
- Excited and willing to work in our Brooklyn NY office 4x a week (one day remote)
Also great to have:- Experience recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships)
- Comfort moving between technical and non-technical searches in the same week
- Strong stakeholder management. You can push back on a hiring manager, ask sharp questions, and keep a search on track without hand-holding
- Comfort managing multiple open searches at once
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment, where priorities shift and searches move fast
🤗 Who You Are- A self-starter who doesn't need a fully-formed job description to start sourcing
- Someone who treats an unclear role as a puzzle to solve, not a blocker
- Direct and organized, you bring structure to searches that don't have it yet
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace, this is a startup environment, not a corporate recruiting function
- A strong communicator who keeps hiring managers and candidates in the loop without being asked
What We Offer- Competitive salary (110K-135K) and equity, commensurate with experience
- Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Coverage
- 401(k) plan (non-matching)
- Unlimited vacation, 9 company holidays, and 1 personal volunteer day a year
- A fully paid for Wellhub membership (Platnium)
- Uber-Eats stipend for dinner in the office
- Based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office (4 days/week)
- The opportunity to own hiring across the entire org and shape recruiting infrastructure as we scale
- A fast-moving, no-nonsense team that celebrates wins along the way
