In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing market insights, guiding inclusive interview decisions, and driving a standout candidate experience across a diverse portfolio within our Global Business Organization. You'll support hiring ranging from quota-carrying and customer success roles, to more specialized positions as needed. You'll partner closely across the Global Talent Organization to ensure operational excellence, track progress against key metrics, and close top talent through thoughtful negotiation. Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Execution
3Leads strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and timelines for moderately complex roles.
3Leverages domain expertise to evaluate candidates for mid-level positions using skills assessments and behavioral interviewing and sources candidates when necessary.
3Anticipates candidate needs and proactively addresses concerns, providing differentiated experience for competitive talent strengthening the employer brand and turning candidates into promoters.
3Adheres to recruiting processes and ensures accuracy of data in systems to enable reliable reporting, compliance, and decision-making.
3Runs risk and nurture strategy reviews with hiring teams to align on pipeline/hiring updates for moderately complex roles.
3Utilizes negotiation techniques using knowledge of candidate motivators to influence decision making.
3Monitors and tracks progress against agreed upon core delivery metrics and goals to meet business hiring demand.
Talent Strategy and Stakeholder Management
3Consults with hiring managers and interview teams to build a skills-based and inclusive hiring process.
3Reviews market data and insights to identify improvements to talent strategies.
3Analyzes interview and assessment outcomes to influence hiring decisions, offering recommendations on where the candidate meets core needs of team.
3Evaluates and introduces artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to optimize team workflows, improves data-driven decision-making, and shares best practices to build team fluency.
3Participates in Customer Zero pilots by testing prototypes, following guidance, and providing timely feedback on usability.
3Supports components of projects across the function or business unit.
3Actively seeks coaching and mentoring opportunities within and outside of immediate team, focusing on a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously upskill and provides informal guidance to junior individual contributor levels.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
3Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
31+ year of experience using HR Systems.
31+ year of experience in a client-facing role.
31+ year of experience in function-specific recruiting.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $95,000 to $155,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
