HR Recruiter, Boston Corporate Office - Boston, MAHybrid-Remote PositionPosition SummaryThe Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for administrative, operational, and management positions across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source and evaluate qualified candidates, coordinate the interview process, and facilitate offers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
The Recruiter exercises independent judgment and discretion throughout the hiring process and serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This position requires strong recruiting expertise, knowledge of employment practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Essential Functions- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with interview recommendations and feedback.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the position, company, and interview process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Extend verbal and written offers and assist with pre-employment activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Dayforce Applicant Tracking System.
- Monitor recruiting inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting as needed.
- Provide backup support to the Talent Management Specialist.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, employment laws, and best practices.
- Participate in recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and process improvement projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within the property management industry is required.
- Experience using Dayforce Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly desired.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and recruiting best practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong sourcing and recruiting skills using multiple recruiting channels including Indeed and LinkedIn.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.

Compensation: $41.83 - $44.23 per hour
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
