Full Job Description
Purpose

As a Recruiter, you'll be a force multiplier across the organization-owning full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles spanning engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to drive proactive hiring strategies and ensure we continue to attract and close top-tier talent across all domains.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and knows how to balance high-volume tactical execution with strategic hiring advisory.
The Role
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles-from mechanical, software, and robotics engineers to finance, supply chain, program management, and operations positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and align on recruiting strategies
  • Source and engage high-caliber candidates across active and passive channels, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and your network
  • Run structured, high-integrity interview processes that assess for both skill and team fit
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience from first outreach to close
  • Work cross-functionally with People Ops, IT, and hiring teams to improve tools, workflows, and reporting
  • Track and report recruiting metrics and hiring outcomes to inform continuous improvement
  • Support employer brand initiatives including events, online presence, and employee referrals
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, including both technical (engineering, software, manufacturing) and non-technical (G&A, operations) roles
  • Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments, with an understanding of the unique hiring requirements for those industries
  • Experience operating in a high-growth, high-performance, or startup environment where talent quality is non-negotiable
  • Proven ability to run multiple searches in parallel and maintain exceptional candidate and stakeholder communication
  • Strong sourcing and closing skills, especially with passive talent
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Bias for action-you move quickly, stay organized, and deliver without constant direction
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior background in agency, search firms, or internal centers of excellence for talent
  • A strong personal network across engineering, manufacturing, or operations communities
