Your Key Responsibilities- Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in engineering
- Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with top universities and programs, establishing Endex as a destination for exceptional graduating talent
- Sell the Endex Story: Represent Endex authentically and compellingly to candidates. You'll be a brand ambassador who can speak fluently about our product, mission, and the opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.
- Design the Hiring Infrastructure: Build and refine the systems, scorecards, take-home assignments, and processes that make Endex's hiring consistent, fast, and high-signal.
- Partner with Leadership: Work directly with the CEO and hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and move quickly when the right candidate is in the pipeline.
- Analyze and Improve: Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously sharpen the process to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.

- Execution-Oriented: You manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously without things falling through the cracks. Candidates hear back from you, processes move forward, and offers go out on time.
Nice to Haves- Experience recruiting at an early-stage startup
- Background in or strong familiarity with finance, fintech, or AI
- Existing relationships with recruiting programs and talent networks
