  • Coordinate with building departments, engineers, and inspectors
  • Promote and model safe work practices on all job sites
  • Coach and support Superintendents and technicians
  • Assist with contract and change order collections
  • Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled
  • Contribute to process improvements and team development

to lead residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on, field-driven role for a construction professional who takes pride in quality work, strong customer relationships, and building successful teams.

In this role, you'll manage projects, crews, and subcontractors while partnering with fellow Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver consistent results. You'll play a key role in job execution, customer communication, and mentoring team members-while upholding safety, professionalism, and CRBR's core values.
