Role Summary

Reclectic Store Managers are, by default, founding members of their roles. As such, they will play an integral role in shaping the brand experience and operations at every level with the priority of helping the organization realize their location's full potential. Their goal is to deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while fostering continual team development to create a culture of excellence, creativity, collaboration, innovation, and trust.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience
  • Emulates global URBN values while acting as a local representative of the Reclectic brand in their area
  • Partners with the Leadership Team to create balance between engaging visuals and the productive use of space
  • Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and presentation to create a compelling atmosphere
  • Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment to support an exceptional and genuine customer experience
  • Interprets and escalates customer feedback and team insights to positively improve the Reclectic experience and operations.
  • Engages the community by networking with local businesses and organizations to identify potential collaboration opportunities

Leadership + Team Management
  • Exhibits critical thinking skills, maintains a solutions-based mindset, and is comfortable in fluid situations. Approaches business challenges tactically and collaborates with appropriate partners to resolve timely.
  • Promotes an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices, actively seeking and advocating for different perspectives, applying the same to hiring practices
  • Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability; facilitates a thorough and thoughtful onboarding for new hires, equitable development paths for all employees, and a focus on employee engagement

Visual + Business Operations
  • Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions
  • Oversees and collaborates with key partners to lead productive execution of store processes; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to efficiently impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience
  • Maintains a well-organized, clean and presentable building and champions timely escalation of facilities/maintenance issues
  • Upholds effective scheduling practices and ensure accuracy of payroll and compliance with local labor legislation
  • Oversees and collaborates with key partners to uphold daily operating procedures; contributes to assessing accuracy and compliance of staff scheduling and payroll management
  • Interprets Home Office direction to impact store's structure, presentation, and overall productivity to drive store sales. Initiates conversation with Home Office leadership to continuously improve operations
  • Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
