Role summary:

The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration. This role directs associates and vendors to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining alignment with corporate strategies. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets, and resolving construction issues to optimize operational impact. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, drives continuous improvement, and supports associate development to achieve company and facility goals with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.
About the team:

The Realty Project Coach team leads real estate project execution by managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. They collaborate with facility management, vendors, and internal partners to oversee merchandise placement, equipment installation, and construction issue resolution. Focused on accountability, clear communication, and adaptability, the team delivers cost-effective, high-quality outcomes. By fostering strong relationships and providing guidance, they support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Their efforts ensure projects align with company goals and enhance the customer experience through efficient and effective project management.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and project milestones.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, addressing obstacles and aligning with corporate strategies.
  • Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.
  • Collaborate with facility management and contractors to develop phasing plans minimizing operational impact.
  • Monitor budgets, assess economic and customer experience impacts, and optimize schedules for cost-effective project delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing expert guidance and promoting accountability.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
