What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Realty Project Coach leads the execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful completion. This role directs associates and vendors, coordinates cross-functional teams, and oversees merchandise placement and fixture installation aligned with corporate strategies. The position requires monitoring budgets, resolving construction issues, and maintaining effective communication to minimize operational impact. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, supports continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies while driving project results that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
  • Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials.
  • Communicate project status, adjust timelines as needed, and resolve construction and operational issues promptly.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
