What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Realty Project Coach leads the execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees merchandise placement, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to align project plans with corporate strategies. The position requires monitoring budgets, resolving construction issues, and maintaining effective communication across teams. By applying expert guidance and fostering accountability, the Realty Project Coach drives continuous improvement and operational excellence while supporting company policies and promoting a positive, results-oriented work environment.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials and equipment.
  • Direct associates and contractors on processes, procedures, and phasing plans to minimize operational impact.
  • Monitor project budgets and assess economic and customer experience impacts to optimize schedules and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and adjustments to key stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
